10,000 people from 8 villages celebrate advance Eid in Kalapara
Advance Eid observed in Kalapara by some people.
Patuakhali: In Kalapara, Patuakhali, 10,000 people from 8 villages celebrated Eid-ul-Azha in line with Saudi Arabia. The main Eid congregation was held at the North Nishanbaria Jahagiriya Shahsufi Momtazia Darbar Sharif Mosque in Dhankhali Union of Kalapara at 8 am on Wednesday.
In addition, Eid congregations were held in Itbaria, Naiyapatti, Tiakhali, Tegachia, Lalua, Phultoli and Dakshin Debpur villages of the upazila. On the occasion of Eid, a festive atmosphere has prevailed in these neighborhoods since morning. Children and adults are sharing Eid joy by hugging each other.
