Jeddah, 29-06-2025: The number of Israeli crimes between June 17 and 23, 2025 reached record levels with 567 martyrs. Occupation forces also arrested more people than ever before in recent days, with 428 detainees in the West Bank. The OIC Media Observatory of the crimes against Palestinians documented the injury of 2,666 Palestinians across all Palestinian territories. Most of the martyrs and wounded in the Gaza Strip were those seeking aid from the four American aid distribution points in various areas of the Gaza Strip, particularly near Salahaddine Street and the Netzarim axis. This was in addition to the bombing of displaced persons and civilians in their homes and tents in the remaining Gaza Strip. It was also clear that Israeli attacks systematically targeted civilian gatherings in various areas of Gaza, often resulting in mass killings among Palestinian civilians.
The Observatory recorded the number of Palestinian victims from October 7, 2023, to June 23, 2025, at 56,991 martyrs and 138,259 wounded.
In the context of the extremely difficult humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, Al-Rantisi Hospital and Nasser Medical Complex warned of the depletion of infant formula, which threatens a humanitarian disaster for this vulnerable group in Gaza. With the Palestinian health sector unable to meet the needs of the population following the systematic killing of the starving, and hospitals deprived of fuel and water, Nasser Medical Complex is at risk of going out of service, especially as it is one of the few hospitals providing treatment to 700,000 Palestinians in central Gaza.
In the West Bank, the number of assaults by Israeli occupation forces on villages and cities reached 399, during which six homes were demolished in Al-Khalil, Nablus, and Al-Quds. A commercial facility was also demolished in Al-Quds, its land was leveled, and its equipment was damaged. Several shops were also demolished in the town of Ramadin in Al-Khalil. Israeli occupation forces occupied 35 homes in various areas of the West Bank, turning them into military outposts. They also bulldozed agricultural land in the village of Yasuf in Salfit and the village of Qusin in Nablus, and demolished a barn in the village of Beit Liqya in Ramallah.
The occupation forces confiscated two bulldozers in Bethlehem and Al-Quds, two agricultural tractors in Tubas and Bethlehem, a garbage truck in Nablus, and three cars in Tulkarm, Al-Khalil, and Bethlehem, in addition to cash and gold jewelry from individuals in various areas of the West Bank.
Regarding attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque and places of worship in Palestine, the occupation forces have prevented worshippers from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Ibrahimi Mosque in Al-Khalil throughout the past period, while allowing settlers to storm the Al-Aqsa compound. The occupation forces stormed the mosque compound and searched its prayer areas and facilities after breaking the locks on its gates. Settlers entered the Bab al-Rahma Cemetery adjacent to the Al-Aqsa Wall and performed Talmudic rituals there.
The occupation forces also prevented Friday prayers from being held at the Prophet Samuel Mosque, citing security pretexts. Settlers stormed the mosque in the town of Beit Furik and set fire to several copies of the Qur'an. The occupation forces also prevented Christians from entering the Church of the Holy Sepulchre to perform their prayers.
Separately, occupation forces injured five children in Nablus, Ramallah, Al-Quds, and Jenin, and arrested 12 children in Tubas, Al-Khalil, Al-Quds, Ramallah, and Bethlehem. Settlers demolished four barns in the town of Qusra in Nablus and in Jericho. Others damaged irrigation networks in the town of Burqin in Salfit. They grazed their sheep on fodder provided by residents of the Arab al-Malihat area in Jericho, while preventing residents of the area at gunpoint from grazing their sheep. Other settlers grazed their cows on agricultural land near Ramallah. Others burned agricultural land near the village of al-Mughayyir in Ramallah, while they stole fodder tables in areas near Tubas.
Regarding settlement activity, settlers set up a tent on Palestinian land between the towns of Beita and Osarin, bringing the total number of Israeli crimes over the course of seven days to 4,604 across various Palestinian areas. – OIC News
