Boris Johnson gets needed support to float his candidature to be PM again

UK’s former Prime Minister Boris Johnson has managed 100 backers to nominate him for the post of Prime Minister again, the Independent Newspaper reported on Sunday.

His name is expected to be among the candidates for the port by Monday. Boris Johnson was forced to resign as Prime Minister little over six weeks ago as his senior cabinet colleagues revolted against his scandal-ridden term.

The post has fallen vacant as Liz Truss, his successor, has resigned accepting her failure to administer as Prime Minister.  GW News Desk
