The long-awaited July Declaration will be officially unveiled on Tuesday, 5 August, in front of the National Parliament at Manik Mia Avenue in Dhaka, as confirmed through a post on the verified Facebook page of the chief adviser.

According to the post, the interim government has finalised the draft of the declaration, which will be presented to the public at 5:00pm in the presence of all stakeholders involved in last year’s mass uprising.

Additional details of the programme will be shared soon, the announcement said.

As outlined in the event schedule titled “Celebrating 36th July,” the day-long celebration will begin at 11:00am and culminate in the formal reading of the historic document at 5:00pm.

The celebration will conclude with a live musical performance by the renowned rock band Artcell at 8:00pm.

The Ministry of Cultural Affairs is hosting the event, with programme coordination by Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy and support from the Bangladesh National Parliament Secretariat.
