Jashore BNP men join rally carrying bamboo poles
A tensed situation has been prevailing in Jashore as BNP leaders and activists were seen joining their rally supposed to start in the afternoon hanging flags on bamboo poles.

But the law enforcement agencies are on strict position.
The party called the rally at 2pm across the country to press home their 10-point demand including holding the next polls under a non-party government and to protest against the arrest and harassment of party leaders and activists in ‘false cases'.
Senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi present as chief guest.
Earlier, the administration permitted BNP to hold the rally in the city's Bhola Tank Road.
Meanwhile, an Awami League-backed organisation was scheduled to hold their rally at Town Hall ground in the city.
From 10am, the workers have been gathering at the rally venue with small processions. They were seen holding flags on bamboo pole.
