Jamalpur District Men's Handball League inaugurated
Dhaka, 29 Dec - Cute Jamalpur District Men's Handball League, organised by Bangladesh Handball Federation (BHF), was inaugurated at
Jamalpur Handball Stadium in Jamalpur Monday.
Jamalpur Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Yusuf Ali formally inaugurated the meet
as the chief guest, sponsored by Moushumi Industries Limited.
Jamalpur District Sports Association's Member Secretary Dhirendra Chandra
Sarkar presided over the opening ceremony.
Cute district-wide handball league coordinator and BHF technical committee's
joint member secretary Sayeed Ahmed was also present there.
The opening ceremony of the league started through a rally.
On the opening day matches, Provati Jubo Sangha beat Prottasha Club by 6-4
goals while Rokon Smrity Sangsad defeated Mohammedan Sporting Club by 11-5 goals.BSS
