Sadi, Mahi elected DUJA president, general secy

Al Sadi Bhuiyan, of Jagonews24.com and Mohiuddin Muzahid Mahi of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) have been elected president and general secretary of Dhaka University Journalists' Association (DUJA) for the next one year.

The election was held today at its office at Teacher-Student Centre of Dhaka University. Borhanul Haque Somrat, chief election commissioner of the election and chief news editor of Desh TV has announced the result this afternoon.

The other office-bearers are Vice-president Rasel Sarkar of bdnews24.com, Joint secretary Nasimul Huda of Bangladesh Protidin, office secretary Jafor Ali of Bhorer Dak and treasurer Imdadul Azad of Radio Today.

The executive members are MD. Siddik Faruk of Ajker Patrika, Khalid Mahmud of Sangbad and Hasan Ali of Naya Diganta, reports BSS.
