JS to hold special session marking 50th anniversary from Apr 6

The 22nd session of the 11th Jatiya Sangsad (JS) will begin on April 6.

This session will be a special one to mark Bangladesh Jatiya Sangsad’s 50th anniversary, reports UNB. 

According to a press release from the parliament secretariat, President Abdul Hamid convened the session on Tuesday, exercising the authority granted to him by Article 72 (1) of the constitution.

The session will begin at 11 am on 6 April, it said.
