DB member stabbed, two arrested
A member of Detective Branch (DB) was stabbed by miscreants in Savar area near Dhaka on Friday night.

The injured DB police member Sultan is an assistant sub-Inspector (ASI) Dhaka District North DB Police.
He is currently undergoing treatment at Savar Enam Medical College Hospital.
Two suspects have been detained for questioning in the incident, police said on Saturday morning.
Dhaka District North DB Police officer-in-charge Riaz Uddin Ahmed Biplab said, 'SI Sultan lives in a rented house in Savar's Jamsingh area. At around 9:30 pm On Friday, miscreants stabbed him from behind and ran away when he was returning home riding on his motorcycle.'
Later he was rescued and admitted to Enam Medical College Hospital in Savar, the official added.
