OIC condemns Israeli massacre in the Gaza Strip
Calls for urgent international intervention

Jeddah, 01-02-2026 - The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation has condemned in the strongest terms the continuing horrific massacres committed by the Israeli occupation against innocent civilians and displaced persons in the Gaza Strip, the latest of which was the bombing of various areas in the Gaza Strip, resulting in 31 martyrs and dozens of civilian casualties. in a dangerous escalation and flagrant violation of the ceasefire agreement, and an attempt to undermine international efforts to stabilize the truce and implement the second phase of the agreement.
The Organization also held Israel, the occupying power, fully responsible for the repercussions of this heinous crime and called on the international community, especially the UN Security Council, to assume its responsibilities towards compelling Israel to respect its full commitments and implement the provisions of the second phase in accordance with UN Security Council Resolution 2803.
The Organization also stressed the need to open all crossings and provide unimpeded humanitarian assistance, withdraw Israeli occupation forces, begin the process of early recovery and reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, and relaunch a political process leading to an end to the Israeli occupation and the implementation of the two-state solution. – OIC News
