SSC Rescrutiny Results Out: 56,259 See Marks Change
The results of the rescrutiny of this year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations have been published, with 3,079 students newly securing GPA-5 and 4,585 students moving from failing to passing grades.
The results were published simultaneously by all 11 education boards at 10am on Thursday.
According to an official of the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee, a record 56,259 students saw changes in their results following the rescrutiny process.
The official said the results were available on the respective education boards’ websites from 10am. Students will also receive their results via SMS on the mobile numbers provided during their applications.
A detailed summary of the rescrutiny results will be published in an official notice soon, the official added.
More than 400,000 candidates applied for rescrutiny this year, submitting nearly 1.3 million applications across the 11 education boards. More than 1.05 million applications were submitted for theoretical examination papers, while over 231,000 applications concerned practical examination papers.
How to Check the Rescrutiny Results
Students can check their rescrutiny results in three ways:
1. Education board websites
The results are available on the websites of the respective education boards. Students can visit their board’s website and follow the instructions to check the updated result.
2. SMS
Results will also be sent to the mobile numbers provided by applicants during the rescrutiny application process.
3. Online rescrutiny portal
Students can check their results through the official rescrutiny portal:

Students need to select their education board and enter their roll number and registration number, select SSC and the examination year 2026, and then submit the information.
The official Education Board result system also allows students to view their updated examination results by selecting the board, examination and year and entering their roll and registration numbers.
The SSC and equivalent examination results were originally published on August 10, with an overall pass rate of 62.25% and 116,676 students securing GPA-5.
