MT Yuan Jing He, a vessel from Singapore has docked at Chattogram port with 27,300 tons of diesel.

This is the ninth ship arrived at Chattogram port since the conflict in the Middle East began. The ship has been docked at the Dolphin Jetty on Friday afternoon, said Farzin Hasan Moumita, Assistant Manager of BPC.

Port Secretary Syed Refayet Hamim said another ship named SHAN GANG FA ZHAN is expected to arrive at the port today with 34,000 tons of diesel from Malaysia.

Additionally, two large ships carrying LPG and LNG have reached the port's outer anchorage. To ensure a steady fuel supply, efforts are being made to import fuel from sources outside the Middle East, in addition to the oil and gas in the pipeline, reports BSS.
