Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank President meets PM

A delegation from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), led by its President Zou Jiayi, met Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Saturday.


The meeting was held at the Prime Minister’s Office at Tejgaon, said his Deputy Press Secretary Jahidul Islam Rony.

Finance and Planning Minister Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury and the Prime Minister’s Adviser on Economic Affairs Rashed Al Mahmud Titumir were present at the meeting.

Zou Jiayi led a three-member delegation during the meeting. She assumed office as President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank on January 16, reports UNB.
