Golam Mainuddin Appointed Chairman of Apex Footwear

Golam Mainuddin, a former independent director of Apex Footwear Limited, has been elected chairman of the company's board of directors.

The decision was made during the company’s 282nd board meeting held on April 23, according to a press release issued by Apex.

“His valuable guidance and strategic insights have significantly contributed to the company’s management,” the statement said. “With his appointment as chairman, Apex Footwear is poised to enter a new era of growth and innovation.”

Mainuddin is best known for his tenure as chairman of British American Tobacco Bangladesh and has held key leadership roles in several other prominent organizations.
