LPG Cylinder Price Raised by Tk387

The government on Thursday increased the price of a 12-kilogram LPG cylinder by Tk387, setting the new retail price at Tk1,728.
The revised price, which marks an increase of nearly 28.9 percent, took effect from Thursday evening, according to the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC).
BERC also raised the price of auto gas by Tk36 per litre, fixing the new rate at Tk79.77.
Last month, the price of a 12kg LPG cylinder remained unchanged at Tk1,341.
