Pakistani military sources reported that the Pakistan Army shot down an Indian quadcopter on Monday for entering its airspace near the Line of Control (LoC).

The drone was allegedly conducting surveillance in the Manawar area of Bhimber district in Pakistan-administered Kashmir when it was detected and promptly intercepted by Pakistani forces.

Sources confirmed that there were no injuries or property damage, and the wreckage of the drone has been retrieved for further investigation.

This incident comes amid ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan, with regular accounts of ceasefire violations and unauthorized aerial surveillance along the LoC, reports UNB.
