Patuakhali: Kuakata Beach has seen an increase in tourist arrivals due to three consecutive days off with Eid Miladunnabi . From Wednesday afternoon all these tourists arrived in Kuakata. Arriving tourists bring loved ones with them swimming in the sea. Many were seen taking pictures with their loved ones. 

Some tourists are sitting on the beach bench enjoying the blue ocean waves roar. Tourism-related businesses have increased sales due to the influx of tourists in institutions. Most hotels and motels are booked in advance. Tourists police are active in security to the tourists.

Nilanjana Chowdhury, a tourist from Khulna, said that it is the tourism day in Kuakata.

Tourists have increased due to the fair. Since the Padma Bridge was opened, the road connectivity of Kuakata needs to improve.

Hotel Motel Owners Association General Secretary Md. Motaleb Sharif said, uncountable tourists came to Kuakata for three days of holiday.

Hasnain Parvez, OC of Kuakata Tourist Police Zone, said, Tourists started coming fromWednesday afternoon, even today many tourists are coming. Tourists police are ready to ensure tourists safety. - Gofran Biswas Palash
