4 including Kishore gang leader arrested in Mirpur

A police team nabbed the four in front of Bangladesh-German Technical Training Center (BGTTC) under the police station.



Police have arrested a youth who is the leader of a kishore gang in the city's Mirpur area.
The arrested youth is Md Arif Miah, 23. He is the leader of listed kishore gang in Mirpur named 'Tomader Arief Bhaia'.
Three of his associates--Hridoy, 20, Md Alam, 19; and Md Ramjan, 19--were also arrested during the police raid.
Mirpur Model Police Station OC Mohammad Mohsin confirmed the arrest news on Monday morning and said that a police team nabbed the four in front of Bangladesh-German Technical Training Center (BGTTC) under the police station.
"Arif is leading 'Tomader Arief Bhaia' kishore gang in Mirpur area. Their work is to create panic in different places. They used to contact each other through Facebook Messenger. Getting a secret information, a police team raided the are and arrested them. Three lethal weapons were recovered from their possessions," OC Mohsin said.
