AC land stabbed, six arrested
Six people have been arrested in connection with the stabbing of the assistant commissioner (land) of Kalapara upazila in Patuakhali.

Savar Model Thana Police arrested them from different places of Dhaka and Savar.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of the police station Dipak Kumar Saha confirmed the news. But the arrestees could not be identified yet.
Md Abu Bakar Siddique, assistant commissioner (land) of Kalapara upazila, was stabbed by muggers on the Dhaka-Aricha Highway in Savar on Monday night.
Witnesses said that Md Abu Bakar Siddique was stabbed by some five to six muggers. After locals started shouting for help, the muggers fled with Md Abu Bakar Siddique's phone and wallet.
