BHF Red team earn victory in Development Cup Hockey

Dhaka, 14 Sept - Bangladesh Hockey Federation (BHF) Red team, came from behind, earned a convincing 3-1 goal win over BHF Yellow team in the lone match of Development Cup Hockey held Wednesday at Maulana Bhasani National Hockey Stadium in the city.

In the day's match, Nadira scored a brace converting both the penalty corners in the 19th and 31st minutes while she was well supported by Kona Akter who netted a field goal in the 53rd minute of the match.

Airin Akter Riya scored a lone goal from a penalty corner for BHF Yellow
team in the 1st minute of the match.

Four women's teams -- BHF red, BHF green, BHF blue and BHF yellow -- are taking part in the competition, organized by BHF.
