Farashganj keeps win in women’s football league

Dhaka,  13 Jan - Shamsunnahar junior slammed a brilliant hat-trick Farashganj Sporting Club earned their fourth  successive wins in the Women’s Football League beating Suddopuskorini Jubo Sporting Club by 7-0 goals held at Birshreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city’s Kamalapur Tuesday.   

 
Apart from Shamsunnahar hat-trick with four goals in the 11st, 44th, 45+1st and 60th minutes, Shamsunnahar senior, Puja Rana and Anamika Tripura supported her with a lone goal each in the 49th, 51st and 52nd minutes respectively for Farashganj in the one-sided affairs.

With the day’s victory, Farashganj raised their tally to 12 points from four matches while Suddopuskorini remained with their previous collection of nine points playing five outings.BSS
