Bangladesh meet Singapore tomorrow

Dhaka, 8 Sept - Bangladesh U-23 football team will face Singapore in their ultimate group C match of the AFC U-23 Asian Cup qualification at Phu Tho provincial stadium in Vietnam tomorrow.

The match kicks off at 3 pm Bangladesh time.

Bangladesh already eliminated from the group stage after losing their previous two matches.

They suffered a 2-0 goal defeat to host Vietnam in their group opening match and beaten by Yemen in their crucial second match.

Forty four Asian teams, split into eleven groups, are taking part in the meet.

Later, eleven group champion teams, four best group runners-up and hosts Saudi Arabia will play in the 16-team final round to be held in Saudi Arabia in January next year.BSS
