BOA greets eve football team for becoming champions

Dhaka, 19 Sept - The Bangladesh Olympic Association greeted the Bangladesh women's football team for winning the maiden title of the SAFF Women's Championship beating Nepal by 3-1 goals in the final held Monday.

In BOA's message, BOA president and Chief of Army Staff General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed, SBP, OSP, NDU, PSC, PHD, BOA Secretary General Syed Shahed Reza and members of the BOA executive committee extended heartiest congratulations to Bangladesh eve football team for their success.

The BOA hoped that Bangladesh women's football team will soon be able to participate in the women's football world cup and able to bring a similar respectable result, the message read further.
