PM congratulates Bangladesh U-20 team on SAFF title win

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Friday congratulated the Bangladesh Under-20 football team for winning the SAFF U-20 Championship.
“The Prime Minister has congratulated the Bangladesh team on becoming champions by defeating India in the final of the SAFF Under-20 tournament,” said a PMO press release.
Bangladesh secured the title after defeating India 4-3 in a tie-breaker in the final held in Malé, Maldives, reports UNB.
With the victory, Bangladesh clinched the championship for the second consecutive time.
