Muslims across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia offered Eid-ul-Fitr prayers on Friday morning, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan, with large congregations gathering at mosques nationwide.

Thousands of worshippers assembled at the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, where prayers were led by senior scholars and officials.

From early morning, people gathered in cities, governorates and villages across the Kingdom to take part in the special congregational prayers held shortly after sunrise.

The occasion was marked by the recitation of Eid takbeers, as worshippers expressed gratitude and joy following a month of fasting, reflection and devotion.

Festive celebrations followed the prayers, with families and communities coming together to mark one of the most significant religious events in the Islamic calendar.
