Holidaymakers flood Kamalapur Rly Station ahead of Eid

Dhaka, June 15 - With just one day left for Eid-ul-Azha, a massive influx of people heading home to celebrate with their loved ones was observed at Kamalapur Railway Station on Saturday.

The station was brimming with passengers, many of whom were struggling to board trains, with some even climbing through windows due to the overwhelming crowd. This situation has particularly inconvenienced women and children, adding to the festive chaos.

The authorities are working to manage the situation, but the sheer number of travellers continues to pose significant challenges.-UNB
