Govt working to revive fragile economy: Shahe Alam

 
"Led by Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, the government is working to take the country forward by tackling various economic challenges and challenges related to public life. The government is working with utmost effort to fulfill people's expectations and to further accelerate the country's development," said the state minister.

Mir Shahe Alam said this while providing two buses to Shibganj Grammar School and College and Betgari Mir Shahe Alam Girls' High School in Bogura as chief guest.
 
He said, "Ensuring safe and uninterrupted transportation for students is our responsibility. All necessary initiatives will be taken to make the educational environment more student-friendly."

After the bus handover ceremony, the state minister met Mahfuz, a student who secured GPA-5 from Kichak Union of Shibganj Upazila in the 2026 SSC examination. 

Mahfuz lost one of his legs in an accident when he was a fifth grader. However, the physical disability failed to bar him from studying attentively and realize his dreams.

During the meeting, Shahe Alam asked Mahfuz about his future plans. After listening to Mahfuz's story, the state minister encouraged him and assured him every possible assistance.

Moreover, Mir Shahe Alam took responsibility to arrange an artificial leg for Mahfuz. At the same time, he also assured Mahfuz's educational expenses, reports BSS.
