The Indian High Commission in Dhaka has simplified its Visa Undertaking Form to make it easier for applicants to complete the documentation required for visa applications.

The revised form was uploaded to the Indian Visa Application Centre (IVAC) website around three weeks ago, the High Commission said in a media release on Friday.

The initiative reflects the High Commission's continued efforts to simplify visa-related procedures and make the application process more convenient for applicants, according to the release.

The simplified format is designed to help applicants understand and complete the form more easily, reducing their reliance on agents for assistance.

The standardised format will also ensure consistency in submissions across all visa categories.

The initiative aims to make the visa application process more convenient and applicant-friendly.

The High Commission clarified that no new visa eligibility criteria have been introduced as part of the revision.
