Members of Coast Guard arrested a man along with three kg of marijuana at Hatia upazila in Noakhali district on Wednesday.



Members of Coast Guard arrested a man along with three kg of marijuana at Hatia upazila in Noakhali district on Wednesday morning.
The arrested was Md Abu Saeed, 45, a resident of Uttar Rehania village under Burirchar union.
It was known that acting on a tip-off, a team of Coast Guard conducted a drive at Nalchira Ghat and arrseted him from a trawler along with three kg of marijuana.
Hatia Coast Guard Station commander M Rafiqul Islam confirmed the matter.
