Cricket: Most wickets in a Test career

London, 12 July  - James Anderson bowed out of Test cricket with 704 wickets in 188 matches after England hammered the West Indies by an innings and 114 runs at Lord's on Friday.

Anderson's last game at international level ended an England career spanning
two decades, with no other fast bowler having enjoyed as much success at Test
level.

But spinners Shane Warne and Muttiah Muralitharan remain ahead of Anderson in
the list of Test cricket's most successful bowlers.
