11 High Court benches formed to hear death reference cases

Chief Justice Hasan Foez Siddique Wednesday formed 11 High Court benches to dispose of death reference cases.



Chief Justice Hasan Foez Siddique Wednesday formed 11 High Court benches to dispose of death reference cases from March 20 to March 31, 2022.
An apex court notification said these 11 High Court benches will dispose of death sentence confirmation references and other cases related to these
during the time.
The benches are comprised with Justice Syed Md Ziaul Karim and Justice Sardar Md Rashed Jahangir, Justice SM Emdadul Hoque and Justice KM Zahid
Sarwar, Justice Md Rezaul Hasan and Justice Kazi Ebadoth Hossain, Justice Sheikh Md Zakir Hossain and Justice Md Zakir Hossain, Justice Md Habibul Gani
and Justice Md Khairul Alam, Justice Mustafa Zaman Islam and Justice Ahmed Sohel, Justice Mohammad Ullah and Justice Md Atoar Rahman, Justice Md Iqbal
