Painting exhibition Diversity of Nature opens at AFD.

Alliance Française de Dhaka-Gulshan Branch is hosting a group painting exhibition titled "Diversity of Nature" by the students of their 'Painting-Gushan' workshop coordinated by Mohammad Habibullah.The inaugural ceremony of the exhibition was held at 11 am on December 6, 2024.

'Painting-Gulshan' began its journey in 2010 and has remained attached to Alliance Française de Dhaka since then.  Mr. Habibulla has elevated this workshop to new heights through his dedication and efforts in introducing and practicing diverse art techniques.

Visual art can be regarded as one of the reflections of the human minds of children, unfettered by the laws of adults, and can generate amazing and surreptitious views of the world around us. To display the beauty of the endless thoughts and imagination of the children and to inspire them in creating more art, ‘Painting-Gulshan’ Workshop at Alliance Française de Dhaka is  organizing its 2nd Annual painting exhibition by its students. A total of 33 young painters who have learned their foundations of painting at the Painting Workshop at Gulshan branch of AFD are displaying their paintings of nature on canvas in this exhibition.

The exhibition will be open to all till 14 December, 2024 at Alliance Française de Dhaka- Gulshan Branch from Monday to Saturday 11 am to 7 pm. – Press release
