Motorcyclist killed in Meherpur road accident

A man was killed in a road accident in front of Roni Restaurant of the town this morning.
The deceased was Sarafraj Khan Sona, 40, son of Shamsul Alam Khan, of Old Post Office Para of the town.
The accident occurred when a speedy truck hit a motorcycle, leaving motorcycle rider Sarafraj killed on the spot, reports BSS.
Meherpur Sadar Thana officer-in-charge Sheikh Mezbah Uddin confirmed the incident saying the body has been kept at Meherpur General Hospital morgue.
