Death toll from Sylhet road crash rises to 4



Sylhet, Apr 15 - The death toll from collision between two motorcycles in Zakiganj upazila of Sylhet rose to four with death of another victim on Sunday.

Milon Ahmed, 18, son of Sobhan Ali of Madarkhal village in Khalachara union of Zakiganj upazila, breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn & Plastic Surgery in Dhaka on Sunday evening.

Zakiganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Javed Masud confirmed the death.

On April 12,two motorcycles collided  and subsequently caught fire in Shahbagh Muhidpur area on Sylhet-Zakiganj road, leaving two people dead on the spot and two others injured.

The other deceased are Adil Hossain, 20, son of Aftar Ali, Zakaria Ahmed, 21, son of Jamir Ali , Redwan Ahmed Fuad, 18, son of Raju Ahmed of Minarai village in Beanibazar upazila.-UNB
