Man killed in Hatirjheel motorcycle accident

A man was killed in a motorcycle accident after losing control at Hatirjheel intersection in the capital in the early hours of Thursday.



A man was killed in a motorcycle accident after losing control at Hatirjheel intersection in the capital in the early hours of Thursday (January 26).
The incident took place at about 1:30am.
The deceased was identified as Md Ishrak Hossain Josi, 27.
Passers-by named Mizan, Khabban and Mojammel, who took Ishrak to the hospital, said they found the blood-stained body of Ishrak at the Hatirjheel intersection at the early hours of the day.
Later, they took him to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) in critical condition where on duty doctor declared him dead.
Inspector Bachhu Mia, in-charge of the Dhaka Medical College and Hospital police camp, said the body was kept at the hospital morgue.
